FDA and Sweden Agree to Share Health Information

In an effort to improve harmonization, the FDA and Sweden’s Medical Products Agency signed a mutual confidentiality arrangement, paving the way for the two agencies to exchange certain types of nonpublic information, such as enforcement actions and internal decisionmaking records.
