Mylan Laboratories has received final approval from the FDA to market a generic version of capsules used for controlling seizures.

Mylan will market 25-, 50- and 100-mg versions of zonisamide capsules, a generic version of Dainippon Pharmaceutical's Zonegran capsules. It plans to begin shipping the product immediately.
