The draft National Pharmaceuticals Policy has proposed setting up of a settlement commission for recovery of disputed overcharged amount from pharmaceutical companies. Under the system, all ongoing court cases would be brought before the proposed commission and efforts made to arrive at some workable settlement, the draft says.
