TINY PACEMAKERS DO A BIG JOB
"I was shocked." That was Leonard Freedman's reaction when doctors
at Cooper University Hospital told him he needed a pacemaker in November 2004.
"I never expected that. From the day I was born, I'd never been in the
hospital as a patient. This was a new experience for me," said Freedman,
79, a retiree from Cherry Hill.
