PHARMACEUTICALS DRAG DOWN SINGAPORE'S FEB NON-OIL EXPORTS

A A

Singapore's non-oil domestic exports jumped 16.5 percent in February compared to a year ago to S$12.8 billion. That is lower than the 19.2 percent clip the market was expecting. Dragging down growth was a slowdown in pharmaceutical exports which climbed just 4.8 percent on year, after chalking up triple-digit growth in the previous two months.
