Gilead Sciences Inc. said Tuesday it will acquire Canadian subsidiary Raylo Chemicals Inc., along with most of the assets of the specialty chemicals company. Foster City-based pharmaceutical company Gilead will pay about $149.2 million to Germany-based Degussa AG, which owns Raylo.
