Canada Outlines Process to Review Drugs for Needy Countries

New guidance issued Dec. 6 by Health Canada describes the process for applying to the Therapeutic Products Directorate (TPD) for a patented drug for export to least-developed and developing countries under Canada’s Access to Medicines Regime (CAMR).
