Guidance: Exports of Drugs and Biologics Ineligible for U.S. Sale

Some drugs and biologic products that may not be sold or distributed in the U.S. may be exported under the FDA Export Reform and Enhancement Act of 1996, according to a new FDA guidance document that helps clarify the conditions for such exports.
