Guidance: Exports of Medical Devices Ineligible for U.S. Sale

Some medical devices that may not be sold or distributed in the U.S. may be exported under the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Export Reform and Enhancement Act of 1996, according to a new U.S. FDA guidance document that helps clarify the conditions for such exports.
