Pharmaceutical Sales to Grow Slowly in ’08

U.S. pharmaceutical sales will increase at the slowest rate in 44 years in 2008. The rise comes as cheap generic drugs drive down prices and doctors limit use of medicines tied to harmful side effects, a report said.
