Bulgarian Drug Maker Sopharma Poised to Acquire Ukrainian Peer

The board of drug maker Sopharma has authorised the executive director of the company Ognyan Donev to pursue the acquisition of an unnamed Ukrainian pharmaceuticals manufacturer, the Bulgarian outfit said in a filing with the local stock exchange, as the online English edition of Dnevnik Daily reported.
