Alphatec Holdings Receives Clearance for Zodiac Luxe Pedicle Screw

Alphatec Holdings, a medical technology company, has received 510(k) clearance from the FDA to market its Zodiac Luxe 4-mm diameter pedicle screw in concert with its Zodiac spinal disorder solution products.

The pedicle screw in conjuction with the spinal disorder product line will enable the company to provide treatments for complex deformity clinical indications, Kathryn Liljestrand, vice president of marketing for Alphatec, said.
