BMS Not Interested in Merger With Sanofi-Aventis

U.S. drugmaker Bristol-Myers Squibb Co. is not interested in a potential merger with French pharmaceutical group sanofi-aventis and prefers to continue to expand through its own means, a financial source close to the matter said Wednesday.
