Galapagos, CFFT Collaborate on Drug Discovery

Belgian drugmaker Galapagos’ BioFocus DPI service division will collaborate with Cystic Fibrosis Foundation Therapeutics (CFFT) to discover new treatments for cystic fibrosis.

 

Galapagos will receive up to $2.4 million over the next two years and up to $5.7 million should certain clinical development criteria be met, Galapagos said.

Galapagos and CFFT established a target discovery program in April 2005.
