Ahead of the Bell: Becton Dickinson

A JPMorgan analyst upgraded shares of medical technology and services company Becton Dickinson & Co. Wednesday, saying sales of diagnostic products and other items will help give the company a larger-than-expected profit in fiscal 2008.
