Depomed to Borrow $15 Million for Hot Flash Drug

Depomed will borrow $15 million from Oxford Finance Corp. and GE Healthcare Financial Services to help pay for a hot flash treatment program. Menlo Park-based Depomed is developing its drug Gabapentin GR to treat both neuropathic pain and menopausal hot flashes.
