Twinject Maker Tries to Block Warning

A Montreal-based drug company has gone to court in an unusual attempt to block Health Canada from further distributing an article on alleged problems with one of its products. The piece outlines 25 reports in the past two years of apparent malfunctions with Twinject, a device designed to deliver epinephrine to people who suffer potentially fatal anaphylactic shock because of peanut allergies or other problems.
