ViroPharma to Buy Lev for Up to $617.5 Million

ViroPharma said that it will buy Lev Pharmaceuticals Inc., a biopharmaceutical company that focuses on developing treatments for inflammatory diseases, for up to $617.5 million in cash and stock.
