AngioDynamics Acquires FlowMedica Line

AngioDynamics has purchased a line of renal therapy products from FlowMedica for $1.75 million in cash. FlowMedica’s Benephit infusion products deliver drugs directly to the kidneys to prevent and treat acute kidney injury, a common problem that results from surgical procedures in high renal-risk patients, AngioDynamics said.
