Draft Guidance Recommends CAPAs for Noncompliant Imports

Importers regulated by the FDA should know the foreign producers, consolidators, trading companies and distributors of their products and monitor them to help prevent potential contamination and counterfeiting, the agency says in a new draft guidance. The draft lists four guiding principles of good importer practices. Comments are due April 13.
