Smith & Nephew Claws Back $141 Million on Plus Deal

Medical device maker Smith & Nephew clawed back $141 million (102 million pounds) on its deal to buy Plus Orthopedics after an earlier probe uncovered what it said were unacceptable sales problems at the Swiss unit.
