Surgical Products Sales Help Steris Post a Profit

Steris Corp. reported a profit of $28.6 million, or 48 cents a diluted share, in its fiscal third quarter, a 31 percent improvement from the $21.8 million profit, or 34 cents a share, it reported in the same quarter a year ago.
