Sandoz Faces Suit Over Doryx ANDA

Warner Chilcott and Mayne Pharma International have filed another lawsuit over their patent covering the antibiotic Doryx, this time against Sandoz. The suit claims Sandoz has infringed on Mayne’s ’161 patent by filing an ANDA for a generic Doryx (doxycycline hyclate). The patent expires in December 2022.
