Smith & Nephew, BrainLAB Enter Partnership

Smith & Nephew and BrainLAB have entered an agreement for the development of Smith & Nephew’s hip and knee implants. Under the agreement that begins next month, BrainLAB will become the exclusive vendor for developing and supporting computer-assisted surgical technologies for the products. Smith & Nephew will provide marketing, sales support, training and post-installation clinical support, the companies said.
