Forest’s Drug for Alzheimer’s Gets Patent Extension

Drugmaker Forest Laboratories Inc said the patent term for its Alzheimer’s treatment, Namenda, has been extended by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and the patent will now expire on April 11, 2015.
