Class Action Suit Filed Against Zynex

An investor in Zynex has filed a class action lawsuit alleging that the company and its two executive officers violated securities laws regarding unaudited statements for the first three quarters of 2008 after Zynex restated its earnings. “We believe that the restated financial statements for the quarters were the right thing to do,” Thomas Sandgaard, president and CEO of Zynex, says in a statement Monday. Zynex makes electrotherapy devices for pain relief, stroke and spinal cord injuries.
