Electro-Optical Shares Soar After Barron’s Report

Shares of Electro-Optical Sciences Inc jumped as much as 29 percent to a lifetime high on Monday, a day after Barron’s said the company’s shares could rise 50 percent if U.S. health regulators approve its cancer screening device.
