FDA Course to Offer Tips on Investigator Essentials

Clinical investigators starting out in the field need a basic core of knowledge that includes an understanding of the regulations, safety considerations, special populations, use of clinical pharmacology in early trials and other scientific, statistical and ethical considerations. To help investigators gain this knowledge, the FDA’s Office of Critical Path Programs and the Clinical Trials Transformation Initiative are co-sponsoring a training course Nov. 16 to 18.
