Acacia Subsidiary Enters License Agreement With Covidien

Acacia Research Corporation announced that its Thermal Scalpel LLC subsidiary has entered into a license agreement with Covidien PLC, Covidien Ltd. and Tyco Healthcare Group LP covering certain patents relating to surgical devices.
