Eucomed Outlines Procedures for Resolving Disputes

Devicemakers marketing products in Europe may be able to take complaints about regulatory processes to a formal panel if guidelines proposed by Eucomed are adopted. The group, which represents the European device industry, is calling on its member associations to create a panel to handle complaints from manufacturers and to impose sanctions for breaches of its national code, it says in a code of ethics posted on its website recently.
