Jury: SenoRx Didn’t Infringe Hologic Patent

A California jury has determined that two patents at the center of an infringement suit Hologic filed against SenoRx last year are invalid and that SenoRx did not infringe the ’204 patent. The lawsuit was heard in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California. Now that the trial’s over, SenoRx will focus on developing innovative products to diagnose and treat breast cancer, Lloyd Malchow, its CEO, says.
