Covidien Files Patent Infringement Lawsuit Against Ethicon

Covidien, a provider of healthcare products, has reported that, through its family of companies, a lawsuit has been filed in the US District Court for the District of Connecticut against Ethicon Endo-Surgery, a Johnson & Johnson company, relating to Ethicon’s Harmonic line of ultrasonic surgical products.
