FDA Plans Workshop on Pediatric Assessments for Cardiovascular Devices

The FDA will hold a public workshop on pediatric neurological and neurocognitive assessments for cardiovascular devices at its White Oak campus March 25. The agency wants to review current clinical practices and discuss options for standardized practices for such assessments in pediatric device trials. Information from the workshop will be used to help develop future guidance, the FDA says.
