Sun Barred From Taro Warrant Conversion

Sun Pharma’s near two-year legal battle with Taro board to get control of the drugmaker is set to drag on, as the Israeli Supreme Court has directed the Indian company not to convert its warrants into shares which would have raised its stake to 41%, from the current 36%.
