ERT to Acquire Research Services Division of CareFusion

eResearchTechnology, or ERT, a provider of technology and services to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device industries, has agreed to acquire the research services division of CareFusion, a provider of respiratory diagnostics services, for $81 million in cash.
