Settlement to Allow Perrigo to Produce Generic Aldara

Perrigo and Graceway Pharmaceuticals settled a patent-infringement case over Graceway’s skin cream Aldara. Perrigo will distribute an authorized generic Aldara (imiquimod) through Feb. 24, 2011. Under certain circumstances, it will be able to launch its own generic version of the drug after that, Perrigo says. The agreement was filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
