AMPAC Warned for Conditions at API Manufacturing Site

AMPAC Fine Chemicals has been handed an FDA warning letter for conditions at its active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) manufacturing facility. An inspection of the facility found dirt, blistering paint, rust and oil droplets near manufacturing equipment in several building locations, according to the letter.
