US Court to Hear Drugmakers’ Appeal on Overcharges

The U.S. Supreme Court said on Tuesday it would hear an appeal by a group of large pharmaceutical companies arguing they cannot be sued by a California county for allegedly overcharging prescription drugs in violation of federal law.
