PLC Systems Sells Business Unit for $1 Million

PLC Systems Inc., a medical device technology firm in Franklin, has agreed to sell all of its assets from its Transmyocardial Revascularization business for $1 million to Novadaq Technologies Inc., a developer of operating room imaging systems.
