Genzyme to Build New Plant in Belgium

Genzyme Corp., the Cambridge biotechnology company that disclosed plans in September to cut its global workforce by about 10 percent, said that it will build an additional manufacturing facility in Geel, Belgium that will add about 150 jobs.
