Sanofi, Genzyme Sign Nondisclosure Agreement

Sanofi-Aventis SA said Monday that it has signed a nondisclosure agreement with Genzyme Corp. that allows the French drug maker to review detailed information about Genzyme, the Cambridge biotechnology company that Sanofi is seeking to purchase.
