MHRA Issues Alert for BHM Hoist System

The UK’s Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) has issued a device alert for the Oxford Voyager fixed ceiling hoist system. Due to insufficient information in the device’s setup and usage instructions, the hoist may detach from its track during use, which could result in serious user injury.
