Roche Recalls Insulin Delivery Device

According to a letter recently posted online, Roche Insulin Delivery Systems said Monday it is recalling its ACCU-CHEK FlexLink Plus insulin delivery device. Due to a bent cannula, the device may under deliver, which could lead to conditions such as hyperglycemia and diabetic ketoacidosis.
