Ortho-McNeil-Janssen Recalls One Lot Each of Risperdal and Risperidone Tablets

Ortho-McNeil-Janssen Pharmaceuticals, a unit of Johnson & Johnson, Friday said it is initiating a voluntary recall of one lot of Risperdal 3mg Tablets, and one lot of risperidone 2mg Tablets, due to consumer reports of an uncharacteristic odor thought to be caused by trace amounts of TBA.
