MHRA Issues Medical Device Alert for Headrest Attachments to Operating Tables

The Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) has issued an alert for Maquet’s headrest attachment to operating tables with connection fixture 1002.65A0 or 1002.65S0. If the device is not fully tightened after each adjustment, failures could happen with the toothed elements and cause the connection fixture to move.
