FDA Assembling Global Coalition of Regulatory Agencies

The FDA is implementing a new strategy to handle rising imports and an increasingly complex global supply chain, and it plans to begin partnering with its foreign counterparts over the next year, an agency report says. The FDA does not have the resources to “adequately keep pace with the pressures of globalization,” the agency says in a stark report released June 20.
