The Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) has issued an alert for Meditech Systems’ 28% Air Entrainment Jet Adapter for Use With Oxygen Facemasks. There is a risk that an inadequate amount of oxygen is supplied from the device.
