Roche Sues Teva, Sandoz, Dr. Reddy’s Over Generic Aloxi

Roche Holding AG filed a lawsuit seeking to block generic-drug companies, including Novartis AG’s Sandoz and Teva Pharmaceutical, from selling a low-cost version of the anti-nausea drug Aloxi.
