FDA Could Miss MDUFMA Deadline If Industry-Agency Standoff Continues

The FDA is concerned that an extended face-off with the medical device industry over changes to the next reauthorization of the Medical Device User Fee and Modernization Act (MDUFMA) may cause it to miss the January statutory deadline for a proposal to Congress.
