MHRA Issues Medical Device Alert for Oxford Easytrack for Overhead Hoists

The Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) has issued an alert for BHM Medical’s Oxford Easytrack system used for overhead hoists. The manufacturer issued the field safety notice in April, but didn’t receive sufficient confirmation from users that they have received and acted on the information.
